UTL® Cougar® Jacket features foldable hood which can be easily adjusted with symmetrical drawstrings without removing hands from pockets. The construction is equipped with three ID panels that can be either hidden or exposed depending on situation. Two include blank ID panels allowing user customization by printing or embroidering names on them. Composed Quick Side Access™ provides easy grab of pistol and other duty belt mounted gear.
